Desheng Mobiles (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of mobile communication and Internet of Things (IoT) terminal products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data and sensitive information when you (i) purchase our products through our WooCommerce-powered independent online store, (ii) use our terminal products (including mobile communication and IoT devices), and (iii) interact with our related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2.1 Data Collected via Our WooCommerce Independent Online Store
When you browse, register, or make purchases through our WooCommerce-powered independent station, we collect the following information to facilitate sales, payment, and after-sales services, in line with WooCommerce’s data processing standards:
- Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and account credentials (e.g., password, which is encrypted and not stored in plain text).
- Transaction Data: Order details (product model, quantity, price), payment method information (processed securely via WooCommerce-integrated third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit/debit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials).
- Browsing & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information (used to access the store), pages viewed, product search history, and cart activity. This data is collected via WooCommerce analytics tools and cookies (you can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings).
2.2 Data Collected via Our Terminal Products (with Explicit Consent)
Our mobile communication and IoT terminal products may collect sensitive data only when you enable specific functions and provide explicit consent (you can revoke consent at any time through the product settings). The collected data includes:
- Device-Related Sensitive Data: Phone book/contacts (for contact synchronization, call management functions), device configuration settings (for product performance optimization, firmware updates), and calendar information (for reminder, scheduling, or IoT scene linkage functions).
- Location Data: Precise or approximate geolocation data (for location-based services, such as IoT device positioning, navigation, or regional service customization). You can disable location access at any time via the device’s system settings.
- Device Usage Data: Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address), operating system version, app usage logs, and product interaction data (to troubleshoot issues, improve product functionality, and provide personalized services).
- Online Store: Directly from you (account registration, order placement, checkout) and automatically via WooCommerce plugins, cookies, and analytics tools.
- Terminal Products: Directly via your consent to function permissions (e.g., allowing the product to access contacts, location, or calendar) and automatically during product use (e.g., device configuration logs).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process your orders, process payments, arrange shipping, and send order confirmations, delivery updates, and after-sales notifications.
- Manage your account (e.g., password reset, order history inquiry) and provide customer support for purchase-related issues.
- Optimize the WooCommerce store experience (e.g., personalize product recommendations, improve page loading speed, fix browsing errors).
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting, fraud prevention, and order record retention).
3.2 Use of Terminal Product Data
- Enable the specific functions you consent to (e.g., contact synchronization, location-based services, calendar reminders).

4.1 Third-Party Disclosure (Online Store & Terminal Products)
We do not sell or rent your personal data under any circumstances. We may share data only with the following authorized third parties, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and data protection laws:
- WooCommerce & Its Integrations: For online store operation, order management, payment processing, and analytics (e.g., WooCommerce core plugins, payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and shipping providers).
- Our Cloud Platform: For storing terminal product data, device management, and remote service provision (e.g., device status monitoring, data synchronization).
- Third-Party Cloud Providers: Including Tuya Cloud and other authorized IoT cloud platforms, for supporting IoT terminal product functions (e.g., remote control, data backup).
- Local Brand-Specified Clouds: In your country/region, as required by local brand partners (to comply with regional data storage regulations and local service requirements).
- Service Providers: Logistics companies (for order delivery), customer service providers (for handling purchase and product-related inquiries), and IT support (for store and product system maintenance).
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of you, us, or third parties.
4.2 International Data Transfers
Your data (including online store transaction data and terminal product data) may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your region (e.g., our cloud servers or third-party cloud providers’ servers). We ensure all international data transfers comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), CCPA cross-border transfer requirements) and implement appropriate security safeguards to protect your data.
- Online Store: We use WooCommerce’s built-in security features, including SSL encryption (HTTPS), encrypted payment processing, and regular security updates to protect your browsing and transaction data.
- Terminal Products: Industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data transmission and storage, access control to restrict unauthorized access to collected data, and regular security audits of our cloud platforms and third-party partners.
- Online Store Data: Retained for as long as needed to process your orders, provide after-sales support, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting records). Transaction and account data will be deleted or anonymized once the retention period expires (usually 7 years, or longer if required by law).
- Terminal Product Data: Retained only for the duration you use the product’s related functions or as needed to provide after-sales support. You can request deletion of this data at any time (see Section 6), and we will delete it promptly unless legally required to retain it.

- Access: Request details of the personal data we hold about you (including online store and terminal product data).
- Rectify: Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

- Restrict/Object: Limit or object to the processing of your data (e.g., for marketing purposes, if applicable).
- Data Portability: Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g., order history from the online store, device data from terminal products).
- Withdraw Consent: At any time, for data collected based on your consent (e.g., disabling location access on your terminal product). Withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of processing conducted before withdrawal.
- Lodge a Complaint: File a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have violated your privacy rights.
Our Services (online store and terminal products) are not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental/guardian consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians who believe their child has provided data to us may contact us to request deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, WooCommerce platform updates, or applicable laws. Significant changes will be posted on our independent store homepage and terminal product app/settings with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
